Le statut de l\u2019article 37 correspond au statut de l\u2019ind\u00e9pendant \u00e0 titre compl\u00e9mentaire. Cependant, l\u2019ind\u00e9pendant qui s\u2019affilie en application de l\u2019article 37 avec exon\u00e9ration ou r\u00e9duction des cotisations ne se constitue aucun droit social. Il demeure enti\u00e8rement \u00e0 charge de ses parents ou de son conjoint et n\u2019accumule pas non plus de droit \u00e0 la pension.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column
